Return & Exchange Policies
We want our customers to be satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to return the product. If the return is caused by the quality of product, we will pay the relevant freight for the return; if it is for other reasons, the buyer will have to bear the return freight and restock fee (20% of the order value).
If you want to return your purchase, we are happy to take it back within 30 days from the received date.
If you bought the wrong filter, we allow up to 14 days for an exchange.
When you receive your order, please inspect all parts of the product immediately.
If a product is damaged or missing, please email us at email@example.com so we can reship the new product to you.
We will only be able to reship your order if it is less than 30 days. We would appreciate it if all boxes and packaging materials were saved for carrier inspection.
- Based on the platform you used to purchase the product, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is for damaged or missing parts.

- Please make sure your shipping address is a deliverable address, unless your package will be returned to us. If so, you can be credited the total price of the product. Alternatively, we can reship the product to you once we update your shipping address and/or shipping method.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed.
